Our Safely Connecting Initiative

Our Safely Connecting Initiative is our commitment to not only provide you a world-class event, but also a safe place to connect and get the latest technologies and solutions to transform our industry.
Under the guidance of health professionals, our team has worked diligently to assess each layer of the event to ensure that our space most importantly fosters the safest environment for you to do business. Our Safely Connecting Initiative includes several measures in a multi-tier approach that will ensure we deliver a safe experience at this year’s event.

We will continue to evolve as health guidelines and your needs change, ensuring the safest and most comfortable experience for everyone joining us at the event. With your help this year, RE+ will continue to be the place that provides community, support, and answers for our industry.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

COVID vaccination and negative tests are not required, however, it is recommended that all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff, are vaccinated or test negative no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at RE+ Events. In addition, face coverings are recommended (but not required) for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Attendees at RE+ events are expected to make every effort to maintain  CDC-recommended  travel best practices and appropriate hygiene procedures. We ask that attendees not attend if they are sick. For all international events, we will follow the guidance and recommendation of local, regional, and national health authorities. Throughout the pandemic, RE+ Events has worked to ensure that our policies protect our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and stakeholders while listening to the current thinking from experts regarding health and safety measures. Please note that our Safely Connecting policies are subject to change based on local, state, and national guidelines.

MORE SPACE, FEWER TOUCHPOINTS

Exhibitor Guidelines.

Exhibitors will receive additional guidelines, including a recommendation to limit the number of booth personnel present at one time. In place of high-touch items, such as giveaways, we also encourage taking advantage of digital opportunities to distribute collateral.

CLEAN AIR AND SURFACES

Sanitation Stations. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Touch-free hand sanitizer, as well as gloves and alcohol wipes will be available as well.

Regular Cleaning. We will work with the convention center, event hotels, and other venues to confirm they have increased cleaning regiments.
